Aktekin Plastic was founded in Ýzmir in 1968 as a family firm to contribute to the plastic packaging industry and in 1993 it had turned into an institution under the commercial title of Aktekin Mühendislik – Plastik Ambalaj Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Þirketi ( Aktekin Engineering – Plastic Packaging Industry and Commerce Limited Company).

Since then the company has grown itself with the experience of more than 35 years and continues its activities in a closed area of 1500 sqm.

The main dealing of the company is to manufacture plastic packaging containers and lids using HDPE, LDPE and PP as raw materials. Aktekin has the manufacture capability of polyethylene containers from 10 cc to 12000 cc with the hydraulic blowing machines.

In plastic packaging manufacture, Aktekin responds many sectors’ container expectations like detergent and cleaning industry, dye industry, food industry, agricultural industry, chemical industry and by–products.

The principle adopted by the company is the satisfaction of the customers by achieving the highest quality of the products. Aktekin accepts the quality as a life style and improves its place in the sector with the contemporary management and the experienced personel.

Besides the quality the company plans to get widen the products and the machine set, to research and explore innovations, to increase enterprises and respond the customers’ need by means of product improvements and developments.
